As a vital member of our outpatient psychiatric office, you will provide critical therapeutic support to a diverse client base through telehealth services. In light of the evolving landscape of healthcare, Grace Counseling Services offers a fully remote work setting through telehealth, ensuring flexibility and convenience for both our therapists and patients. Our digital platform allows for seamless interaction with clients while maintaining the highest standards of care. While the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we recognize that patient needs may necessitate some flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and tailor personalized treatment plans that drive recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to guide individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Facilitate and lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants addressing similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients in managing mental health emergencies effectively.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, explore treatment options, and connect them with valuable community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to support quality care and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy services in virtual settings is preferred.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other necessary computer applications.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Grace Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
