This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while working from the comfort of your own home. However, our outpatient practice setting also includes opportunities for in-person client interactions as deemed necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions in providing services to individuals and families, catered specifically to address diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that inform the development of individualized treatment and discharge plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique treatment needs and goals.

• Create initial treatment plans based on assessment results, coordinating additional services as required and making timely revisions to plans as client progress is monitored.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy services in accordance with Sharpman Counseling’s standards and applicable professional guidelines.

• Manage a dedicated caseload, ensuring all clients receive timely and effective therapeutic interventions while actively participating in team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment efforts.

• Display an empathetic and professional demeanor when addressing client needs, making it a priority to resolve any patient complaints swiftly.

• Demonstrate unwavering commitment to client safety and provide feedback on therapeutic processes and outcomes.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families who face various emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current state or national licensure as a mental health therapy provider is mandatory, specifically as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have a minimum of two years of clinical experience, providing therapy across the lifespan.
