Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate clinical diagnoses. This includes compiling intake information and using standardized assessment tools.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, helping to stabilize their emotional state and ensuring safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, including detailed progress notes and treatment outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to enhance client care and support comprehensive treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
