Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement and deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking improved mental health outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' individual stressors, challenges, and treatment goals, thereby tailoring mindfulness practices to meet their specific needs.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to enhance clients' self-awareness, emotional balance, and coping strategies.

• Organize and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices and resilience-building strategies, fostering community engagement and support among clients.

• Create individualized therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness approaches to address various mental health concerns, guiding clients toward better emotional regulation and stability.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare providers to develop integrated care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
