Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and mutual respect.

• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and administrative personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Implement and oversee administrative functions to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

• Design and execute marketing strategies aimed at expanding outreach and building connections within the community.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and receive ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will utilize a client-centered approach to encourage healing and independence, adapting interventions to meet varied individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
\n
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, with a thorough understanding of the supervision guidelines relevant to your practice area.

• At least two (2) years of experience providing crisis management and mental health services.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to address issues related to addiction and its implications within psychotherapy contexts.

• Proven ability in understanding and working with trauma, homelessness, PTS, and other co-occurring disorders.

• A collaborative spirit and respect for clients, families, and fellow staff members is essential.
