Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients looking to alleviate stress and enhance their emotional health.

• Conduct initial assessments to understand each client’s unique stressors, challenges, and personal goals, effectively adapting mindfulness practices to meet their specific needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques aimed at fostering self-awareness, reducing anxiety, and improving emotional stability.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and educational classes on mindfulness practices, stress management, and strategies to build resilience.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions to effectively address diverse mental health concerns while supporting clients' overall personal development.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and external healthcare practitioners to weave mindfulness into comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain precise and detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and the mindfulness interventions used to enable impactful follow-up care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

• Proven competency in integrating mindfulness into therapeutic environments to enhance client outcomes.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to establish calming and supportive therapeutic relationships.
