Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of your clients, identifying appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
\n
• Utilizing various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to guide your sessions.

• Meeting with clients through secure virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for discussion.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with state and national regulations.

• Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, demonstrating responsiveness to their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you'll work with a diverse patient population encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Our clients come from different backgrounds and age groups, ensuring that your experience will be rich and multifaceted, allowing you to apply your expertise in different contexts while learning from each unique interaction.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing you to practice independently in Pennsylvania.

• A deep commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
