Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to establish diagnosis and treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through teletherapy, adapting methodologies to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Document all services and interactions comprehensively in an electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with supporting healthcare providers, including primary care physicians and specialists, to facilitate holistic care for clients.

• Participate in regular professional development meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Professional: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
