Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and devise personalized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic counseling and behavioral intervention, ensuring therapeutic goals are met through evidence-based practices.

• Undertake case management activities, including advocacy, coordination with primary care providers, and consultation with external agencies as necessary.

• Monitor medication management and offer emergency services for clients in crisis, demonstrating your ability to respond calmly and effectively to urgent situations.

• Facilitate patient referrals to community resources and support services, ensuring continuity of care.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians and specialists—to deliver comprehensive support tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and organizational guidelines.

• Stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices, contributing to team discussions and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in managing a high caseload in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
