We offer a weekday work schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility for occasional patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that integrate evidence-based practices to tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions align with patients’ specific challenges and goals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, safeguarding patient information and ensuring regulatory adherence.

• Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to provide comprehensive care and participate in regular case reviews aimed at enhancing service delivery.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options, empowering them through knowledge and understanding of available resources.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
