Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.

• Create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients to outline therapeutic goals and objectives.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that are responsive to the evolving needs of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to support clients in achieving personal milestones and improving mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes as per legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer support meetings to continuously enhance clinical skills and approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
