Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, identifying their individual emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and aligned with developmental milestones and family backgrounds.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy sessions, using modalities such as CBT, play therapy, and emotion-focused techniques.

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, facilitating referrals and ongoing communication as needed.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support, equipping families with coping strategies during mental health emergencies.

• Engage actively in team meetings and case consultations to foster a shared understanding of patient needs and progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

• Stay informed on current advancements in child and adolescent mental health and integrate new knowledge into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents presenting a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. You will work alongside families to create a supportive environment that nurtures recovery and promotes mental wellness during formative years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is essential.

• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health conditions and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on empathy, particularly when establishing rapport with young clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary between USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
