Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize effective psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver high-quality services aimed at treating emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand patients' challenges and develop personalized discharge and ongoing treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions in alignment with treatment objectives, adapting strategies based on patient progress.

• Document all therapy services provided in compliance with both facility and professional standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Manage a designated caseload, maintaining clear communication and collaboration during treatment team meetings to optimize patient outcomes.

• Exhibit a positive, empathetic demeanor towards clients while addressing concerns promptly to ensure a high standard of care is delivered.

• Recognize and prioritize patient safety, continuously assessing risks and accessing necessary resources in a proactive manner.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
