Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms in a variety of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client sessions and therapeutic progress.

• Monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing alignment with their evolving needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote lasting positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, enhancing the quality of services available to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience.
