This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, affording you the ability to manage your time effectively while maintaining work-life balance. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and consider the unique experiences of each patient, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Eligibility to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, with a current and valid state license.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health diagnoses, alongside evidenced-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience delivering culturally responsive therapy to diverse individuals across various settings.
