Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include stable, low-acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Candidates must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision.

• Demonstrate no disciplinary actions and have a clean record with no limited or provisional licenses.

• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition.

• Possess strong computer skills necessary for utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required, previous experience with telehealth therapy is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a background working with a diverse clientele will be valued.
