In this role, you will be instrumental in providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and determine appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans using various evidence-based modalities tailored to meet clients' specific goals and needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment history.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, often participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and research to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

North Oasis serves a diverse client base, ranging from children to older adults, who present with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Your role will involve developing culturally responsive interventions that recognize and respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas, holding either LMFT, LPC, or LCSW credentials.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
\n
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the capability to develop accurate diagnoses and therapeutic strategies.
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients and colleagues.

• Capability to work independently while also being a proactive team player dedicated to collaborative care.

• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining professional standards in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with an outpatient mental health facility is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus, given the remote nature of the position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
