Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients effectively even in a virtual setting.

• Empathetic, compassionate, and dedicated to understanding client experiences and facilitating their mental wellness journey.

• Proficient organizational abilities and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple clients and documentation responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy, preferably in a remote or outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based therapies.

• Experience with digital health tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems is highly desirable.
