Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders while continuously evaluating patients' treatment plans to reflect their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with patients' family members and healthcare teams to develop comprehensive discharge plans that ensure continuity of care and facilitate access to additional community resources.

• Provide referrals to external services like support groups and psychiatric care, aimed at enhancing the clients’ overall well-being.

• Facilitate educational sessions and workshops to enhance clients’ and families’ understanding of mental health issues and available treatments.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure that all aspects of care are aligned and that patient needs are met holistically.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local mental health laws, as well as internal policies governing therapeutic practices.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment modifications within our secure electronic health records system.

• Advocate for patients to ensure their voices are heard throughout the treatment process, securing necessary resources and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with diverse populations experiencing a range of psychological challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and potentially severe behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
