Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic assessments and provide individual and couples therapy across various age groups, tailoring treatment plans to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a billing service to manage claims, process client accounts, and conduct benefit eligibility checks efficiently, allowing you to focus on providing optimal care.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and manage an efficient calendar to support your caseload of clients while maintaining a productive routine.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health providers and school staff to develop comprehensive plans for student support and ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role prioritizes service to a diverse patient population, primarily working with children and adolescents in a school setting. Our approach emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in addressing various clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social challenges that may inhibit academic and personal development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with the following benefits:
