Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather and analyze information concerning clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, establishing a solid foundation for treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, applying a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of students.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass clinical goals and interventions, revising them as necessary to reflect client progress.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions aimed at improving social skills, emotional regulation, and coping strategies, helping students overcome barriers to learning.

• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, school counselors, and educational staff, to create a coordinated care approach aimed at enhancing student well-being.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning for students facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring a swift and compassionate response.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment modalities in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Design and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that address relevant topics for the school population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
