The Mental Fitness Pro Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This role is specifically focused on providing therapeutic support to students within a school-based setting, ensuring that they have the emotional and psychological tools needed to succeed academically and socially. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping others and will manage a minimum of 25 client sessions weekly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing their mental health and addressing psychosocial challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with educational objectives and promote the well-being of each student.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy techniques.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in our EHR system.

• Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in school-based therapy.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to integrate mental health support with educational strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on working with students aged 18 and older, including those from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented populations. Our practice emphasizes the importance of mental health support for the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as addressing men’s mental health issues. Your role as an LCSW will be pivotal in creating a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas is essential.

• At least 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing psychotherapy to adult clients.

• Experience working with minority and diverse populations will be given preference.

• Possess professional malpractice insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition, our benefits package includes:
