Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances of individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe space for discussion and community connection among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety.

• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain ethical and confidential documentation that complies with state regulations and professional standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development activities.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field to enhance therapeutic techniques and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from varying cultural backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Our patient population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet the varying needs and preferences of your clients effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
