Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to effectively identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges facing students and their families.

• Provide individual and family counseling to assist clients in navigating life’s challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with clients to tailor service plans that connect them to essential community resources, enhancing their overall support system.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to ensure immediate needs are met effectively.

• Work alongside community agencies and organizations to coordinate services, advocating for clients to receive the support they need.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues and promoting our agency's services.

• Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to foster your professional development and collaboration with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily serve students within the school system, providing mental health support tailored to their unique backgrounds and challenges. You will work with children and adolescents coping with varying degrees of emotional distress, trauma, and social challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n
