Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, family support engagements, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set specific, measurable goals, focusing on the growth and recovery of each student.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and psychiatrists to coordinate care and deliver comprehensive support to clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and establish safety plans to address immediate mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at $80,000 and going up to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
