Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and eligibility for services.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child’s unique needs.
\n
• Monitor children's developmental progress and outcomes as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and planning.
\n
• Provide evidence-based support and guidance to families, helping them engage in their child's development through tailored strategies.
\n
• Deliver coaching in natural environments, utilizing proven methodologies to enhance learning and development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations while maintaining the highest standards of practice.
\n
• Develop rapport with children and their families to foster a supportive and engaging environment conducive to learning and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your efforts will be instrumental in helping these young individuals acquire essential skills across several domains, including physical development, cognitive growth, emotional intelligence, and communication abilities. The focus will be on empowering families to actively engage and support their child’s growth process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
\n
• A valid driver's license is required for interactions and assessments that may necessitate local travel.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to adapt to different learning styles effectively.

• Exceptional communication abilities to collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
