Work Environment\n

This full-time LCSW position is designed for remote work, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting the needs of your clients. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends required to accommodate client meetings or special events. You will work closely with school personnel, teachers, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ psychosocial needs, identifying emotional, behavioral, and social factors influencing their academic performance and overall well-being.

• Develop individualized interventions and support plans in collaboration with students, families, and educational staff, tailored to meet each student’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students facing various challenges, helping them navigate transitions, stressors, and mental health issues that may impact their education.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for teachers and school staff to enhance awareness of mental health issues and equip them with tools to support students effectively.

• Advocate for students’ rights and access to necessary resources, including community services, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
