Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and support systems.

• Engage in evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, setting specific goals to monitor progress effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and perform risk assessments when necessary, implementing effective safety planning strategies.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of treatment plans and client progress in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to provide community and resources for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, many of whom face challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and socio-emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
