Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass specific goals and interventions, continuously tailoring them based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, providing immediate support and safety planning for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring timely updates and documentation.

• Lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducational workshops, and support sessions that foster open dialogue and skill-building among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
