Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for students struggling with severe emotional and mental health disorders.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address the unique challenges faced by our clients.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that align with the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients and their families, encouraging open communication and transparency.

• Efficiently manage a caseload, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to best practice guidelines in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged youth, many of whom face challenges related to socio-economic status, trauma, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required, with a current LCSW license in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
