Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, primarily integrating within school environments where you will provide clinical support to students. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, though there may be occasional evening or weekend hours depending on client needs. You will collaborate with educational staff and community resources, ensuring that you can effectively reach and support those who may need it most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of assigned clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass therapeutic interventions tailored to each student and family.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address specific emotional and behavioral issues.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and community stakeholders to foster a supportive environment for students facing mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to the continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment evaluations, acting swiftly to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents who may be facing challenges, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Illinois.
