Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs and clinical best practices.

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine treatment plans and interventions for children and families who meet medical necessity/DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Develop and lead psycho-educational groups on parenting, stress management, and emotional regulation as needed, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client case documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and necessary reports, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Set and meet billing requirements for reimbursable hours efficiently while optimizing client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting billing and documentation requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
