Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally attuned mental health assessments to establish the unique needs of patients and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting strategies according to the individual’s cultural background and personal history.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship and adjustment issues.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care and to discuss treatment progress in regular case conferences.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support in emergency situations, ensuring that patients receive immediate and effective assistance.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in care.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of patient progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in team meetings and cultural competency training, staying abreast of new research and methodologies in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic models, with a special focus on cultural competency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
