Work Environment\n

This role is based in a remote setting, giving you the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space while utilizing secure telehealth technologies. You will also have access to our outpatient office facility geared for in-person therapy sessions as needed. Our operational hours extend Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility in your schedule may be required to accommodate patient appointments and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans based on the latest research.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Hold psychoeducational groups to explore topics related to mental wellness and foster a sense of community among clients dealing with similar concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure cohesive and effective treatment strategies for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, employing your skills to stabilize situations effectively.

• Educate clients on mental health disorders, available treatment options, and supportive community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records that align with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n
