Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand and diagnose clients' concerns, crafting comprehensive treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
