Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing our counselors to provide care in a comfortable and flexible setting. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions, ensuring that quality mental health services are accessible regardless of location. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable and manageable schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and identify their specific needs, presenting issues, and emotional challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that outline realistic goals and appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to each client.

• Offer evidence-based one-on-one counseling sessions focusing on a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance abuse disorders.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences, provide mutual support, and learn from each other's journeys.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate, crucial support and safety planning to ensure clients' well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including therapy session notes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with professional standards.

• Collaborate effectively with insurance providers and other health professionals, as necessary, to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

• Uphold ethical standards and best practices in counseling, consistently maintaining appropriate boundaries and respecting client confidentiality.
