Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize assessment tools and clinical judgment to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client situations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment as required.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other health professionals, to enhance client outcomes and ensure comprehensive care.

• Engage with the community through participation in outreach activities, workshops, and events to promote mental health awareness and education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to express their thoughts and emotions. Building trust with clients is essential to foster therapeutic relationships that lead to positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

• Active independent licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health services, with a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in outpatient settings, particularly those who have worked with diverse populations and have knowledge of trauma-informed care, will be preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is also beneficial to ensure seamless service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
