Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their educational and emotional requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to deliver group and individual therapy, drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Actively collaborate with case managers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance the client experience, following up on progress and making adjustments to treatment as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention to students facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring swift and compassionate support during emergencies.

• Lead community outreach initiatives within schools and the broader community to promote mental health awareness and provide education, thereby reducing stigma around mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with youth, including elementary through high school students, who may be facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. You will engage with diverse backgrounds, including different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups, which requires sensitivity and flexibility in your approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• An active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctory of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A completed master’s degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and establishing therapeutic relationships with clients of varying backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and an understanding of diverse client needs.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a school setting or working with youth in a therapeutic capacity is favorable.

• Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and therapeutic techniques relevant to children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
