Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, critically evaluating patients’ trauma histories to determine effective treatment paths.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health counseling.
