This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing you to support clients while working from the comfort of your home or within our local office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to gather detailed patient histories, identify specific trauma-related issues, and establish the most effective treatment plans.

• Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and fortifying resilience, utilizing best practice methodologies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to assist clients in processing trauma experiences.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through their healing journeys, teaching coping mechanisms, and encouraging their active participation in the recovery process.

• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients have immediate support and guidance in times of distress.

• Engage regularly with interdisciplinary teams for case consultations and treatment planning, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
