Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, identifying specific treatment approaches tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals focused on trauma recovery, resilience building, and the promotion of emotional well-being.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing trauma, acquiring coping strategies, and advancing towards their personal recovery objectives.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, integrated patient care.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, employing your skills and expertise to support clients in critical moments.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and available resources, empowering them with knowledge to enhance their coping skills.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals affected by complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed care with a strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills, with a non-judgmental and patient-centered approach.

• Proficiency in navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technological applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on trauma.

Compensation and Benefits\n
