Key Responsibilities\n

As a mental health therapist at Bright Minds, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to promote healing.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients navigate their trauma and develop coping strategies.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to care.

• Delivering crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, equipping patients with immediate strategies to cope with distress.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:
