Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and their families, ensuring tailored treatment approaches.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions that address specific needs identified during assessments, utilizing therapeutic techniques that promote positive outcomes.

• Maintain timely documentation of client interactions, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms to uphold legal and organizational standards.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate a seamless transition for clients back into community settings.

• Adhere to all current federal and state laws, regulatory standards, and NEHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education programs to enhance your clinical skills and competencies.

• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate on best practices and improve overall service delivery.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training, ensuring you remain eligible to practice and provide the highest level of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies you for mental health licensure.
