Key Responsibilities\n

• Ensure timely completion of all necessary billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms to maintain compliance and streamline processes.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans that support clients in maintaining stable functioning and preventing relapse.

• Create individualized discharge plans that equip clients with the tools and resources needed for ongoing success beyond therapy.

• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies and procedures, ensuring best practices in care delivery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development via training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and therapeutic techniques.

• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings, collaborating with peers to share insights and strategies that improve patient outcomes.
