Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Engage with clients to create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their mental health goals, thereby encouraging active participation in their healing process.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring their safety throughout the process.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations regarding confidentiality and record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• Current licensure in Washington State as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or proof of eligibility for licensure.
