Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with families, couples, and individuals in a variety of settings, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are appropriate and effective.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while upholding the ethical and legal standards required in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.

• The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
