Work Environment\n

This position allows for a mix of remote and outpatient office work, accommodating the flexibility that modern therapy practice requires. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to meet the patient's unique scheduling demands. This combination of remote flexibility and direct patient interaction fosters a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to establish patients' unique challenges and develop customized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational groups that provide patients with a sense of community while educating them on relevant mental health topics.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, remaining composed and effective during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions and available treatment options, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in clinical practice.

• Participate actively in case discussions and team meetings to enhance collaborative clinical strategies and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Therapist at Rebuild Mental Healthcare, you will work with a diverse patient clientele that encompasses various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing complex cases, particularly those involving trauma, chronic mental health issues, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, confident in diagnosing and developing treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience delivering effective individual and group therapies to varied populations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering therapeutic relationships.
