Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.

• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities to facilitate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Assist clients in gaining insight into their experiences, emotions, and relationships to promote personal growth and positive change.

• Help clients learn and adopt healthy coping mechanisms to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with stable, low acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice independently, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses or any disciplinary actions on record are acceptable.

• Exceptional interpersonal and empathetic communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and telehealth platforms to support effective therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of previous clinical experience in a mental health setting is highly preferred. Candidates with specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities or experience working with substance use disorders will find this role particularly rewarding.

Compensation and Benefits\n
