Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services via telehealth, ensuring that sessions are tailored to fit clients' goals and preferences.

• Collaborate diligently with clients to establish therapeutic objectives, continuously adjusting strategies and offering support throughout their treatment journeys.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities based on client preferences—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—ensuring effective and personalized care.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and document client progress in line with clinical best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license is required as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and a therapeutic relationship with clients in a virtual environment.

• Empathy, compassion, and a solid understanding of the complexities of various mental health challenges.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage appointments, documentation, and the therapeutic process efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n
