Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of incoming clients through virtual interviews and standardized screening tools, accurately diagnosing mental health conditions and determining appropriate treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using online platforms, creating an engaging and interactive therapeutic experience for clients.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers within our integrated care model to ensure that all aspects of a client’s treatment are addressed.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and adjustments to care in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

Qualifications\n
